A dedicated host runs a one-hour virtual event in a Zoom room, with games and prompts tailored to your team. Players join from their own browsers. Self-hosted live and asynchronous games are also available separately.

• CrowdParty says a single room can support up to 1,000 players.
• Presenter mode uses a shared screen while participants use their own devices; personal mode displays the game on each participant device.
• Choose a hosted game or have your own organizer host the room. Confirm current plan limits and event terms directly with CrowdParty before arranging a larger session.
